Egg White Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp of ghee or EVOO
  • 3-4 tbsp marina (white linen is my favorite)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 9 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes

Instructions 

1. Prepare all ingredients before starting and set aside.

2. Heat the ghee/oil in a small pan (7-8 inches in diameter).

3. In bowl whisk the egg whites and nutritional yeast.

4. Pour the egg whites into the pan and cook them until they get firm. Very gently flip the egg white ‘patty’ and immediately top it with marinara, cheese and pepperoni (add any other toppings you like). Cover the pan with a lid, this helps keep the heat in to melt the cheese.

5. Once the cheese is melted remove from the pan and top the pizza with the parmesan cheese and the pepper flakes. I like the heat but you can leave them out.
