Crust-less Deep Dish Pizza

Trim Healthy Mama – Heavy S / Low Carb / Keto / Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 5-6 slices of deli ham, turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
  • 1/2 cups sliced red peppers
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of marinara or pasta sauce (no sugar added)
  • 2-3 tbsp of toum*(optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Layer the bottom of your pan with deli meat. Spread half of the sauce, mozzarella cheese, veggies and Parmesan cheese. Make another layer of sauce, cheese, veggies and Parmesan cheese. Top with toum.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling around the edges.
