Trim Healthy Mama S / Gluten Free / Sugar Free

These bars are so addictive. I have to store them in the refrigerator in a dark container otherwise every time I open the refrigerator I eat one and we all know that that’s not okay. They are really filling and perfect for a after workout snack or even when running out of the door in a hurry. They can be made into bars or you can press them together to make balls. How ever you make them – you are going to LOVE them.
Make them at your own risk – you have been warned!
Ingredients for the Bars
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup roasted seeds (either sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp raw honey (or pyure)
- 1-2 bars (28-56g) 85% chocolate (melted)

Instructions
1. Send the almonds through the food processor for 15-20 seconds.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until everything is combined, another 15-20 seconds.

3. Flip the mixture unto a large piece of parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap. Using your hands press the mixture down, then use a rolling pin to roll out about 1/4 inch in thickness.

4. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, a couple hours.
5. Cut into squares and enjoy!!!
