Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull / Keto / Low Carb
I don’t use brown sugar often but it’s nice to have it on hand when baking or making my Skinny Too Good Toffee Coffee. This low carb version of brown sugar feels exactly like the real thing. If you let it sit out for a long
time it will clump up on you. It’s so quick to make and you only need 3 simple ingredients. Although, you should still be fine but if you are doing strict Keto please be a little more aware how much you use. But again, unless you are planning to use this ENTIRE recipe in another recipe you have NOTHING to worry about – carb wise.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pyure sweetener
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Combine sweetener, molasses and salt in a shallow container, using the back of a big spoon work the molasses ino the sweetener. This will take a few minutes.
2. Store in a large mason jar for optimal freshness.

Does this Measure like brown sugar? 1:1 ratio?
Hi Rochelle! I find sweetener to be much more sweeter than sugar, so I would say to use less
