Egg Latte

Have you ever had an Egg Latte? Sounds pretty unappetizing, right?! You MUST give it a try, it’s really good and SUPER creamy and you definitely cannot taste the eggs at all. It’s the perfect breakfast if you’re in a hurry.

This recipe uses cream cheese but if you are dairy free replace the cream cheese with 2 oz of any unsweetened nut milk.

If you are nervous about using raw eggs you can quickly throw them on a skillet – you are shooting for scrambled eggs but skip the salt.

If your stomach is very sensitive to MCT oil, please, use less. MCT oil doesn’t do anything to me so that’s why I use 2 tablespoons.

Ingredients for Egg Latte

  • 16 oz hot coffee
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 2 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/4 tsp caramel extract
  • 2 tsp pyure
  • 2 doonks stevia, optional (if you like your latte extra sweet, like me)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds.
