Almond Flour Pie Crust

Trim Healthy Mama S / Keto / Low Carb / Gluten Free / Sugar Free

I got this recipe from a friend of mine but in typical Luda fashion I changed it up a bit. This crust is super versatile, it works great with cheesecake or other tart recipes.

Ingredients 

3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
5 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp pyure
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350. and line a 7×7 or 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.

2. In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients and mix. Crust dough will be crumbly.

3. Press the crust dough into the prepared pan (I found that wetting my fingers worked best).

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
