Trim Healthy Mama S* / Keto / Low Carb / Sugar Free
If you know me personally or have followed me on Instagram you know my LOVE for coffee but not just any coffee – it has to be REALLY good coffee. I am so particular about my coffee my husband refuses to make it or even order it out for me, Bless his heart but what can I do when the bar has been set?! Our youth group has a little Cafe and back in May I got a coffee from them (it’s wasn’t a skinny one) but in all honestly it blew my mind away – it was phenomenal. I have been working since then to recreate it. The Too Good Toffee Coffee is rich, it’s delicious, it has a 4th of the calories of other fancy drinks of its kind but most of all you are going to want another one even before you finish your current one.
Ingredients for the Coffee
14 oz cold coffee
2 1/2 tsp Monin stevia sweetened caramel flavoring**
1 tsp Pyure (or 1 heaping doonk of stevia)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cups ice
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp half & half
Instructions
1. In a liter jar mix the first 5 ingredients. Stir really well until the sweeteners dissolve, it will take a little bit for the brown sugar to fully dissolve.
2. Add ice to the jar.
3. In a cup froth the heavy cream and half & half until soft peaks form using a hand frother (I have a $3 one from Ikea). Pour over the iced coffee and enjoy!!!
* To change this to a different fuel (trim healthy mama) here are the changes you can make.
Deep S (but also an S)
use 1 tbsp of heavy cream
2 tbsp of nut milk
Fuel Pull
use 2 tbsp of half & half
2 tbsp of nut milk
** If you do not have the Monin caramel flavoring you can substitute it with caramel extract. You will need very little, a small splash and definitely no more than 1/2 tsp. Caramel extract is very strong, start out small and add more if needed.

This recipe is to die for!! I feel like I have a real Starbucks drink. Love it!! I didn’t have the Monin sweetener, so I use 1/2 tsp of caramel ext instead. Thanks for this great recipe.
