Heat oil in a medium size pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot add 1/3 cup of the sourdough starter in the pan, using two spatulas spread the starter into a circle.
Season the starter with 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast, dash of salt, pepper and garlic. Flip and do the same on the other side. You might need to flip it once more to make sure it has cooked through. 2-3 minutes of each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining starter.
