1tsplemon juice

2tbspliquid smoke

1/2tspsmoked paprika

1/4tsp gelatin

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Instructions for the Sandwiches
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, make sure the chicken is not laying on top of each other. Cook the chicken at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, half way through turn the chicken over - this ensures the chicken gets crispy all around.
Once the chicken is done place a slice of each on the chicken and melt it either in the microwave or air fryer.
Assemble the sandwich: take the bottom part of the bun, place a piece of lettuce, tomato, piece of chicken, 2 slices of pickles, spoon the copycat Chick-fil-A sauce and top it with the bun.
