Prepare your veggies and bacon. Finely chop cauliflower and broccoli. Clean the peppers and slice them into 1 inch strips then thinly slice each piece. Chop bacon coarsely, not fine.
Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour the dressing over the veggies and bacon and mix well. I like to plate my veggies and bacon and keep the dressing on the side until I’m ready to serve.
