Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and arrange hazelnuts in a single layer. Toast until golden in color. Set a side to cool.
One the hazelnuts have cooled add them to the bowl of a food processor and blend for 1 minute or until butter has formed.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all the ingredients come together. Transfer to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
