1single chocolate bar (TJ) or other sweeter chocolate
2tbsphalf & half
1-2tbsppowdered sugar
Instructions
Use a heavy bottom large sauce pan, heat oil until it reached 360 degrees, keep an eye on the temp. You want about 1.5 inches of oil in your pan.
Take your biscuits apart and use a small round cookie cutter to punch hole in each biscuit.
Carefully place 3 donuts in the hot oil and cook them on each side for no more than a minute. Do the same with the donut holes.
Take the donuts out of the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
Glaze
In a bowl combine powdered sugar, extracts and milk. Whisk until fully combined. The frosting needs to be a little on the runny side.
In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate in 30 second incriminates, mine took 1.5 minutes. Mix until chocolate is fully melted. Add half & half and mix until smooth.
Dip donuts in the frosting and place on a drying rack to dry - just a few minutes. Or if you choose you can dust them with powdered sugar, my kids love the Glazed and powdered sugar ones best.
