1tspyour preferred sweetener (I use pyure for the low carb option)
1cupcashew milk (any milk will work)
Instructions
Place water, coffee and sweetener in a narrow bottom glass or cup, using an electric whisk and whisk until stiff peaks form.
To make a cold refreshing coffee fill a large glass 3/4 way with ice and pour milk over the ice. Top with whipped coffee. Gently stir.
If you want a cozy hot coffee, heat your milk until it’s steaming. Top with whipped coffee. The hot milk will slowly begin to melt your whipped coffee creating these beautiful streaks. Gently stir.
