Candied Lemon Slices

Instructions
Using a
V-slicer
, slice lemons 1/8 inch in thickness.
In a large skillet combine all above ingredients and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the lemons are translucent.
Transfer lemon slices to a cooling rack and allow them to dry over night. Store in a mason jar for optimal freshness.
