Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

buttermilk

FRESH blueberries
Crumb

tbsp
sugar

tbsp
flour

tbsp
butter, room temperature
Instructions
Line a muffin/cupcake pan with cupcake liners (I use silicone and really like the results). Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a stand mixer combine all ingredients except blueberries, mix until well combined. Batter will be thick.
Using a spatula add blueberries and
GENTLY
mix being careful not to crush the blueberries.
Combine crumb ingredients in a bowl and using a folk work the butter into the flour and sugar.
Fill the prepared liners 3/4 with batter and top with crumb topping. From this recipe I get 15 muffins.
Bake for 18-21 minutes until lightly golden.
