Place all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and stir to combine ingredients. Microwave the sauce for a total of 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Honey Glaze
Place butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl and heat 45 seconds, stir until butter and honey is fully melted.
Fall-off-the-Bone Ribs
Rinse the ribs and season them on both sides with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Place the ribs in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Add 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp liquid smoke to the Instant Pot and insert the trivet (rack). Place the ribs inside the pot, wrapping each rack around the inside of the pot.
Cover and seal the Instant Pot. Cook on high (manual) pressure for 35 minutes. Allow the pressure to release 15 minutes, vent to release the remaining pressure. You will know it’s released when the pin drops.
Transfer the cooked ribs onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, meat side down. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce and broil for several minutes.
Carefully flip the ribs and spread BBQ sauce, broil for several minutes, spread more BBQ sauce and broil again.
Spread half of the Honey Glaze over the ribs and broil for several minutes, you will do this twice.
